The total is arithmetic rather than a guess: handling of 1-2 business days plus courier transit of 3-9 business days gives 4-11 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. A courier delay, a festival week or bad weather can push a parcel past the upper figure.
Orders ship from Indore, Madhya Pradesh through India Post or a private courier partner, whichever serves the destination PIN code.

Damage on arrival
Report transit damage inside 48 hours. Two sets of photographs help — the box as it arrived and the item itself. We strongly recommend filming the unboxing, and on a confirmed fault we replace or refund.
