Before you order
How long will delivery take?
All parcels go out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The two parts are 1-2 business days handling and 3-9 business days transit, which is where 4-11 business days comes from. It is an estimate.
What will I pay for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and over. Below that a flat charge of ₹49 applies, shown before checkout is completed.
Which payment methods do you take?
You can pay by UPI or on delivery. Cards are not taken at all, so nothing card-related is stored. COD carries no extra charge on eligible orders.
Are the marigolds real flowers?
No. Every garland we stock is fabric or artificial, and the product page names the material.
Do you issue GST invoices?
No. Casavio Parlor is not currently registered for GST. Nothing is charged as GST, and without a registration number a GST tax invoice cannot be raised. The parcel does contain an order invoice, which is a different document.
How long do I have to return something?
Write within 10 days of delivery. Once that message is in, the return stands even if the item takes longer to reach us. For a change-of-mind return the item must be unused, in original packaging with invoice. A damaged, wrong or incomplete order is not held to that condition.
Returns and the products
Is an exchange possible?
We do not offer exchanges. The route is a return followed by a new order.
Can banners be used outdoors?
Only where the page states outdoor use. Most printed polyester decor is made for covered areas and will fade or tear in sustained sun and rain.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Report it to [email protected] within 48 hours, with images of the parcel and the contents. An unboxing video speeds a claim up and is not a condition of any refund. Confirmed faults are replaced or refunded and we pay the postage back.
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
What is the refund timing?
A cancelled order is refunded within 5-7 business days. A return is refunded within 7 business days of the item reaching us and being checked.
Do you take orders for a specific festival date?
We do not hold or schedule deliveries to a date. Order early enough for the delivery estimate on the shipping page and the cut-off time to work in your favour.
