Three things to include
Order ID
The reference printed on your order confirmation email. It is not the courier tracking number, which is issued later.
Order email
The address the order was placed with. Orders are looked up on that.
Photographs, for damage
Pictures of the outer parcel and of the item. With marigold garlands and torans this matters more than usual.
The one detail that speeds an answer up
Tell us the doorway width or the table length you are decorating. Every garland and banner is listed with its length, so that is a comparison we can make from published figures.
The honest limits
Stock checks, specification checks, courier chasing, returns and refunds all sit with us, and we can walk you through the published figures on any listing.
What we will not do is promise a fit we cannot verify or give advice outside the sale. If we do not know, that is what you will be told.
