The agreement
Terms of sale
The contract behind an order here, without the boilerplate padding.
The seller
Every order on this site is sold by Casavio Parlor, trading from 127 Rishi Kuteer Apartment, near noble public school, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email, and that email is the point at which the contract is formed. Pricing is in INR and covers the product only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed prior to completing the order.
Where a listing carries an obvious mistake, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full within 5-7 business days. That is preferable to shipping something the page described incorrectly.
What the listings mean
Measurements and materials are the supplier’s, not ours, and nothing is added to them. Comparing a listing with what you need is something we can do; guaranteeing suitability is not.
No extra warranty is added by us. If a page states one, that is the manufacturer’s and applies on its terms.
What a listing figure does and does not mean
Where a page does not state outdoor use, the item is made for a covered area. Printed polyester decor fades and tears in sustained sun and rain, and we will not claim otherwise to close a sale.
Your side
We ask for three things: a correct address, a phone number a courier can reach, and a look inside the box on arrival. Reselling our goods under another brand, or copying this site’s copy and images, is not permitted.
Limits of liability
These terms do not and cannot remove statutory consumer rights under Indian law. Within what the law allows, our liability on a product claim goes no further than the price paid for that product.
Governing law
The governing law is that of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Jurisdiction sits with the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable rules.
