While the order is still here

Nothing is charged for a cancellation before dispatch, and handling of 1-2 business days means there is normally time. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and we confirm in writing.

After collection there is no way for us to stop a parcel. The two options left are refusing delivery or returning it after arrival.

Why cancelling early helps

A cancellation the day before a festival helps nobody, so cancel as early as you can. Before dispatch there is no fee; after dispatch the return window still applies but the event will have passed.

When the money returns

Prepaid cancellations go back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Nothing is owed on a COD order that was never paid for.

When we cancel

We cancel orders too, and for three reasons: the item is not actually available, the delivery address cannot be served, or the listed price was wrong. In each case we write first and refund in full within 5-7 business days.
