What we accept, what we do not, and why your invoice has no GSTIN on it.
Payment options
At checkout
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are taken or stored on this site.
Cross ₹999 and delivery is free; stay under it and ₹49 is added. Either way the figure is on screen before the order is placed.
What is different here
Event orders are often paid for by one person and delivered to another address. UPI at checkout keeps that simple; Cash on Delivery needs someone at the receiving address with the money ready.
Tax
Casavio Parlor is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances the turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not apply at this time. GST is not charged separately on any order, and because there is no registration number we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN. The price shown on a product page is the price of the goods; any applicable delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed and nothing further is added afterwards.
If a payment goes wrong
Send the UPI transaction reference for any debit that did not produce an order and we will follow it up. A duplicated payment is returned within 7 business days after confirmation.
